Skill Development Programme Successfully Organised for CCL’s Category-I Employees
A total of 63 personnel participated in the skill development programme

With an aim to upgrade the skills of Category-I employees of various sectors of Central Coalfields Limited (CCL), BTTI, Bhurkunda organised a Skill Development Programme from July 20 to July 24, 2026. The programme is an important part of the series of skill development initiatives being conducted by BTTI under the guidance of the Human Resource Development (HRD) Department of CCL during the financial year 2026–27.
The closing ceremony of the programme was held on July 24, 2026, in the presence of Ranjay Sinha, General Manager (Mining), Barka-Sayal Area; M.F. Haque, General Manager (HRD), CCL; and Vikas Kumar Singh, Chief Manager (HRD), along with officials of BTTI, Bhurkunda.
All the guests present on the occasion introduced themselves to the participants, interacted with them, and motivated them to continuously develop their skills and prepare themselves for future work requirements.
During the programme, participants received both classroom-based training and hands-on computer training. A total of 63 personnel participated in the skill development programme.
