American Group To Present Dance On Theme Of ‘Cosmic Shiva’ On Dev Deepawali
8 artists of American "Sapt Tandav Group" will present dance on Lord Shiva's glory

The glory of Mahadev has drawn Shiva devotees from America to Kashi on Dev Deepawali. On the world famous festival of Dev Deepawali falling on Kartik Purnima, artists of the American “Sapt Tandav Group” will present a dance on the theme “Cosmic Shiva” based on the glory of Shiva. For the first time, a foreign American group will present a dance on Dev Deepawali. Sujata Vinjamuri considers it the biggest fortune of her life to present a program in front of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath in Kashi, the city of Lord Shiva. She is also very impressed with the development of Shri Kashi Vishwanath Dham and Kashi.
With modern facilities, Kashi is attracting the world. The attraction of Dev Deepawali, which has gone from local to global, has drawn American artists to Varanasi.
Sujata Vinjamuri, an Indian-American citizen, is very excited to present a dance performance based on Lord Shiva in front of Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar, Yogi Adityanath and other dignitaries in the Dev Deepawali program along with her 4 American disciples and 3 Indians.
Australia based ‘Sapt Tandav Group’ spokesperson and yoga instructor Neelam Chaudhary said that “in the last eight years, Yogi government has made Kashi, the center of Sanatan’s faith, friendly to religious tourists. Yogi government has transformed the Holy City Kashi, the world is seeing the cleanliness of Ganga and ghats. The sense of security has increased among the tourists coming from outside. Due to which devotees living in the country and abroad are coming to Kashi. Yogi Adityanath ji is the Mahayogi of Kalyug. He is the flag bearer of Sanatan, he is spreading Hinduism in the world, due to which the youth has started knowing more about Sanatan Dharma”.
Sujata Vinjamuri and Neelam Chaudhary said that the Yogi government has used the money properly for the development of Uttar Pradesh and completed projects on time. They also praised the organization and management of the last Kumbh Mela in Prayagraj and expressed confidence in the leadership of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath and said that Yogi will make better arrangements for religious tourists in this year’s Maha Kumbh.
He said that his group will give a 35 minute performance on the theme of Cosmic Shiva as we feet that Lord Shiva himself has called us, so our group is doing the program free of cost.
Sujatha Vinjamuri, a resident of St. Louis, America, has been teaching Kuchipudi dance through an academy in America for many years, and till now has trained more than 5000 people in Kuchipudi dance.
