LIC Housing Finance Offers Special Home Loan Rates For Armed Forces
Loans can be availed up to ₹2 crores, at a Special Rate of 8.40% p.a. for applicants with a CIBIL score of 750 and above
As a measure of commemorating India’s 78th Independence Day, LIC Housing Finance Limited has announced special discounted rates on home loans under “Griha Rakshak”, a special home loan scheme dedicated to the brave men and women of our armed forces.
The Griha Rakshak scheme offers home loans at special rate of 8.40% per annum for applicants with a CIBIL score of 750 and above, up to 2 crores. There will be no processing fees. This special offer is valid upto 30th September 2024. It is eligible to all the serving/retired defence personnel under ‘Army’, ‘Navy’, ‘Airforce’ and ‘Coast Guard’ and also all paramilitary forces.
