12 Candidates Shortlisted To Be Interviewed For Post Of Director Refineries – IOCL
Interview to be held via video conferencing on April 10
The Public Enterprise Selection Board (PESB) has shortlisted 12 candidates for the prestigious post of Director (Refineries), Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL), which is to be held on April 10th. The post falls vacant post superannuation of Ms. Sukla Mistry later this year.
Mr. Arvind Kumar, MD of CPCL, failed to be selected as Chairman, inspite of being No. 1 in the list. Being posted in Chennai, he is understood to have good contact with PESB Chairman.
Mr. Rajiv Kacker, ED – IOCL, is at present heading Vigilance, lacking the experience of Refinery Unit Head.
Mr. Mewa Lal Dhariya, ED IOCL, is heading the largest refinery of IOCL, that is Panipat, which is the biggest project of P25 Expansion. However, the project is moving at a slow pace.
Mr. Subhajit Sarkar, ED – IOCL, is head of Operations Department, but lacks unit head experience.
Mr. Arvindar Singh Sahney, ED – IOCL is heading the Petrochemical Business of IndianOil, having experience in both Refinery Unit and Petrochemical Business, gives him the added advantage for the post.
Mr. Kausik Basu, ED – IOCL, was recently moved as Head of Paradip Refinery and has a small duration experience is heading refinery.
Mr. Satya Prakash, ED – IOCL, is at present heading Barauni Refinery of IOCL and is driving the crucial Barauni Project.
Mr. Joydeep Choudhury, ED Projects, IOCL, lacks unit head exposure.
Mr. Ajay Kumar Tiwari, ED – IOCL, is at present heading the critical Mathura Refinery of the IOCL and has got exposure at senior levels at both Barauni and Panipat Refineries of IOCL.
