Sukla Mistry Takes Over As Director Refineries of IOCL
Sukla Mistry is the first ever woman Director of Indian Oil Corporation Limited
Ms. Sukla Mistry today took over as Director (Refineries) of Indian Oil Corporation Limited in New Delhi. She was till now the Executive Director of Barauni Refineries of IOCL. On October 13, last year, PSU headhunter – Public Enterprises Selection Board (PESB) had recommended the name of Ms. Sukla Mistry, ED, Indian Oil Corporation Limited, as the next of Director (Refineries) of the prestigious Oil PSU.
Just a few days ago, the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) gave a final nod to her appointment.
Before leaving from Barauni, she was given a warm farewell by the staff of Barauni Refineries. Coming from metallurgical background, she has also has headed the Digboi Refinery of IOCL in the past.
